The High Elves of Tillaris are led by Arkatraena, Queen of the Elves, following the death of her father King Valorian. At present there are many who disagree with her ascension and feel she does not meet the criteria, nor is the correct person for the role. Highcrest, the Tillarian Capital and throne, is under a lot of political duress as a consequence.
Arkatraena is a staunch, fierce Elven warrior who has dedicated much time personally hunting down Valkyr with her Honourguard. It was only recently that she has ascended the throne due to her father’s untimely passing. There is a fire burning inside of her making some of her decisions impulsive and irrational, even if she portrays them as “well thought out”, or “wise council”.
She is most notable for having blue hair, which hasn’t been seen since the time of the Ancients.
